"I had problems with water coming under my garage door. It rained right after we got it installed and it let nothing in. The installation isn't difficult, but you have to play with it a bit to get a tight fit that won't make the door go back up. We had to trim and cut off some of the top to make a tight fit on the ends."

"After paving my driveway, rain water would pool outside the garage door and flow into the garage. The threshold has solved this problem at least for two good rains. I added a soft insulating strip to the underside of the door to make a better seal against drafts, since my garage is under my living area."
